Cancellation Policy
Our policy states that 24 hours notice is required for cancellation.
We understand that emergencies and sickness may occur without warning, and we take these circumstances under consideration.
If you are a new client and do not give at least 24 hours notice, you are no longer eligible for the new client discount.
If you are a current client and do not provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $45 cancellation fee due before your next appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
While we understand that traffic may cause delays, we must respect the time of each of our clients and ensure that our sessions start and end on time. It is up to the therapist's discretion to adjust the session times as needed. Generally if you are only a few minutes late, we can accommodate the schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the time may be deducted from your session. Payment in full is expected for the time that you reserved.
